QA Analyst
We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfil the role of Junior Quality Assurance to join our dynamic development team.
Key Responsibilities: •
• Collaborate with the development team to understand product specifications and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Prepare detailed testing data for various test scenarios.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Document testing phases and defects using Confluence for effective communication within the team.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams and follow through on resolutions.
• Help troubleshoot issues and provide feedback to the development team for product enhancements.
• Stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 2+ year of experience as a QA (including co-op and/or internships)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with software development and testing methodologies.
• Experience using Confluence for documentation and reporting
• Proven ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willing to take ownership
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and software quickly.
