Data Analyst
We seek a motivated Data Analyst Intern with strong data management, analytical, and visualization skills to join T Hub Solutions. This role offers technical development and leadership opportunities in a dynamic IT services and solutions environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage analysis and reporting of assigned insights programs. Analyze data using descriptive and inferential statistics.
Summarize analyses through static reports (PowerPoint) and interactive dashboards (PowerBI).
Deliver insights to clients, highlighting trends and action areas. Ensure data quality from various sources.
Collaborate proactively with program managers and colleagues.
Implement continuous improvement actions. Optimize codes and data structures for efficiency.
Apply creative thinking to enhance insights studies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proficiency in MS Power BI and related technologies. Practical knowledge in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization.
Experience in gathering and documenting business logics/methodologies.
Strong academic performance and visualization skills. Experience in analyzing and reporting survey data is valued.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Fast learner, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
